It is utterly evil for a state to execute anyone. If I could vote for a judge whether they supported the death penalty would be the single biggest decider in how I vote. If there was no non-death penalty candidates I would spoil my vote rather then endorse that barbarity record of arguing to uphold death penalty cases bothers me.
