This silly thing has befuddled me for awhile because in the countless mailers I get every day both pro and con, the proponents never get around to outlining what the prop does, and the opponents are very clearly funded by developers. It&#039;s hard not to have that knee-jerk &#039;well if the developers hate it, it must be good&#039; reaction. I think I&#039;m usually fairly savvy about the competing interests behind most ballot initiatives, but this one has perplexed me more than any others.</description>
