I was hiking on Mt. Diablo last weekend and I really could have used this book. I saw lots of interesting pine trees – some healthy and some not.

My daughter would be so excited – she is obsessed with trees right now and constantly wanting to know what type of trees we are walking by.

Seeing as how I grew up in rural New England you would think I could name something other than Birch, Pine or Dandelion. I really need this book :-)
